Terms & Conditions

Welcome to First Class Paws. By booking or using our flight nanny services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

First Class Paws provides pet transportation services via in-cabin flight nanny escort. Services include:

  • Coordination of travel logistics 
  • Pickup and delivery (as agreed) 
  • In-cabin supervision during flights 
  • Pet care (feeding, hydration, comfort, and cleaning) 

We do not provide veterinary services.

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. 
  • Full payment must be received prior to travel unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  • Pricing is based on factors including distance, airline costs, scheduling, and pet size. 
  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change due to airline pricing. 
  • By submitting a deposit for transport, the client is agreeing to these terms and conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable and due at time of booking.
  • If the client cancels after tickets are purchased, the client is responsible for any non-refundable airline costs. 
  • First Class Paws reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to safety, weather, or airline issues. 

Travel Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring:

  • All pets must be at least 8 weeks prior to transportation
  • Up-to-date vaccinations 
  • Compliance with all airline and destination regulations 

Failure to meet requirements may result in delays or cancellation without refund.

Pet Eligibility & Behavior

  • Pets must be healthy, non-aggressive, and fit for travel. 
  • First Class Paws reserves the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk. 
  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs prior to booking.
  • Pets must be clean, bathed, and free of any unpleasant odor prior to delivery pickup.

Care & Responsibility

We prioritize the safety and well-being of your pet at all times. However:

  • Travel involves inherent risks, including stress, delays, or unforeseen events. 
  • First Class Paws is not liable for issues arising from pre-existing health conditions. 
  • We are not responsible for minor incidents such as accidents, mild stress, or typical travel-related discomfort. 

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • First Class Paws is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, weather, or third parties. 
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. 
  • We are not responsible for loss, injury, or death resulting from circumstances beyond our control. 

Airline & Third-Party Policies

All services are subject to airline rules and regulations.
Clients agree to comply with:

  • Airline pet policies 
  • TSA and transportation regulations 
  • Any third-party service requirements

Communication & Updates

We strive to provide updates, photos, and videos during travel.
However, availability may vary depending on flight conditions and airline restrictions.

All pictures and videos taken during the transportation journey may be posted on our website and social media sites.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Clients must be available at agreed-upon pickup and delivery times
  • Delays caused by client unavailability may result in additional fees. 
  • Identification may be required at delivery. 

Accidents & Care During Travel

While we take every precaution:

  • Pets may experience accidents during travel 
  • First Class Paws will clean and care for the pet as needed 
  • We are not liable for normal travel-related incidents 

International Travel

For international services:

  • Clients are responsible for additional documentation and compliance 
  • Fees, delays, or quarantine requirements are the responsibility of the client 

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless First Class Paws from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • The pet’s behavior 
  • Failure to disclose important information 
  • Compliance with regulations

Privacy

Client information will be used solely for service-related purposes and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina.

Agreement

  • By booking with First Class Paws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
